Lost in-app purchases!

I purchased and played this game for a few years. I have purchased over 40 worth of in-app purchases and was at max diamond level. I logged in and found everything on my account was reset...all items gone! I contacted the company support team on their website over a week ago and have not received a response. I contacted I-Tunes who said I have to resolve the issue with company who created the app. How can I do this if they do not respond to me Emails? Do not buy anything on this game unless you want to be ripped off and have no one to contact!
